Heliis identified that billboards fail for a few reasons: they are static and they stay in place. They proposed an alternative that could generate more viewers across a more varied range in a dynamic manner by installing screens on mobile vehicles like delivery trucks and cycles. Advertisers would pay them to showcase their ads and Heliis would share a portion of the revenue with the drivers/vehicle operators.
